Cancer and exercise

Being outside can have a range of effects on your health. Obviously exercise is one of the best ways of preventing disease. It reduces your fat and burns off calories. It’s good for your heart but research has also shown that it can reduce breast, bowel and womb cancer. Staying active could prevent around 3400 cases of cancer in Great Britain. Whether you’re playing footie with mates, pumping iron at the gym or skipping on your artificial turf, it’s all good for you!
